  1. ABOUT OUR STORE

This website is operated by gnida.prodajnaya. Throughout these Terms of Service, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to gnida.prodajnaya.

We operate an independent online store offering curated second-hand, vintage, streetwear and outdoor clothing, footwear and accessories. Our store is powered by Shopify.

By visiting our website, placing an order or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

  1. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Most products sold through our store are pre-owned and available as a single item only.

We make reasonable efforts to describe every product accurately, including its size, measurements, condition, materials, visible wear and known defects. Because our products are pre-owned, normal signs of age or use may be present.

Product photographs form part of the product description. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.

Measurements are taken manually and may vary slightly. Customers are responsible for reviewing the listed measurements before ordering.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. A product is reserved only after payment has been completed and the order has been confirmed.

We may correct errors in product descriptions, prices or availability and may cancel an order if a product has already been sold, is unavailable or contains a significant listing error. If we cancel a paid order, the customer will receive a full refund.

  1. ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete;
• you are legally capable of entering into a purchase contract;
• you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
• you have reviewed the product description, condition, measurements and price.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, inventory errors or delivery restrictions.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your country or market.

Any applicable taxes are displayed during checkout. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed before payment is completed.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment card details.

Discount codes must be entered during checkout. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order has been completed.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from Poland.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, courier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or failure to collect a parcel may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs charges or local taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by us unless they are collected during checkout.

  1. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable law.

To request a return, contact us at sk88.border@gmail.com and include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return the order.

Unless the item is defective, damaged in transit or materially different from its description, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning it.

Returned items must not be used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, condition and fit. The customer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from excessive handling.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from its description, contact us at sk88.border@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where appropriate.

Normal signs of wear, ageing or defects that were clearly disclosed in the product description or photographs are not considered undisclosed defects.

Where required by applicable consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. Because most products are unique, an identical replacement may not be available.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website’s original branding, logo, layout, photographs, graphics and written content belong to gnida.prodajnaya or are used with permission.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit our original website content without prior written permission.

Brand names and trademarks appearing in product listings belong to their respective owners. Their use is for identification and description of the products only. Unless expressly stated, gnida.prodajnaya is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brand owners.

  1. PROHIBITED USE

You must not use this website:

• for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
• to transmit malicious code, viruses or harmful material;
• to interfere with the website’s operation or security;

The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the latest update. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not remove rights already acquired under completed orders.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving consumers residing in other countries of any mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to them.

Any disputes may be submitted to the competent courts or consumer dispute-resolution bodies available under applicable law.
